Art Cope has been my Property Manager and he is a Nightmare .He is rude Unprofessional and has been very disrespectful and Manipulative !!! He will discuss your personal leasing information with others that are although he shouldn't and Lease agreement is between me and the Company.I have made several complaints against his inappropriate and unprofessional behavior yet he continue to display those behaviors after being counseled by his Manager. I would never recommend having any dealings with this guy!
